Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or letter).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
gift cards
